Product Description

Penatron ERM is a high solids, single component, multifunctional acrylic with urethane additives. ERM is specifically designed as a roll-down or spray applied elastomeric waterproofing, reflective roof membrane.
The product system: ERM when use with the specified fabric, provides a monolithic, structurally sound, elastomer that is very weather resistant and easy to apply.
The polymer structure is very adhesive, reflective. ERM is designed four toughness with color retention, is tough, abrasive resistant, non-brittle, flexible, good set times with impact resistance.
Penatron ERM is compatible with other ASTC products for substrate repair and patching, see data on 4037 and 3050.
The EMR system product conforms to the requirements of the EPA’s Energy Star program, the Cool Roof Council, and California’s Title 24 requirements.

Unique Characteristics: Penatron ERM contains extremely small, high strength fibers. These “nano” type fibers are stronger then steel of the same size and add additional strength to the elastomeric system. These fibers do not detract from the overall appearance of the membrane and blend exceptionally well within the matrix of the system.
