Fast Set Industrial Epoxy Primer – Grout - Coating

 
Damaged areas are cut with a dry diamond blade and chipped down to sound concrete. The reapir area is cleaned of all dust and loose debris and ready for making. After making the sides of the repair the prepared area is primerd with the 6012-2F. The 6012/sand mix is compacted into the primer and smoothed over the area making the troweled surface flush with the finished grade. The final finished surface is smooth and flush. The masking will be pulled soon. 6012 will be hard enough to apply a color coat to the surface for appearance

Description  

Penatron 6012-2F is a 100% solids, advanced technology of diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-A resin reacted with a modified multiple ring cycloaliphatic amine adduct activator, advanced curing agent system.  The resulting polymer structure is high strength, very adhesive, fast set, moisture tolerant, extremely tough with superior chemical resistance to corrosive waters and acids.  This is a versatile multi-use product.  6012-2F is a very quick setting, rapid reacting polymer system designed for cool condition applications on airfield, slab-on-grade floors, secondary containment prime coats, etc.
