Product Description
Penatron 1007 is a 100% solids two component, rapid set high performance polyurea fast set spray elastomer coating formulated for high physical properties, hydrolytic stability,  and low permeability.
 **Formulated for flexibility, toughness,  high tensile strength and adhesion with excellent chemical and fuel resistance.

  • 5-8 second set time
  • Tack free in 30 seconds
  • High bond strengths to substrate
  • 600% elongation

 

The 1007 is a true polyurea and not a hybrid product.   Application substrate temperatures; 20°F to 200°F.  Penatron 1007 is applied via Gusmer heated equipment such as the HV-20/35 or larger. 1007 conforms to the requirements of the USDA for incidental food contact.
